Global Translators UK follow thier own Quality Assurance procedure.

Our all translators are well qualified and experienced to carry out  the translation projects only in their specified language groups.

Translated documents are then proofread by another qualified and experienced translator other than the original translator.

Proofread documents are then again sent to the original translator to give a full reading and make any necessary changes.

The finished document is looked by one of our project managers to check the typesettings of the document.

After following this whole procedure the document is sent to the clients. If there is something with which our clients are not satisfied, we take immediate action on those complaints and happy to make any alterations/iterations free of charge unless our clients are satisfied.
